rawr215 Jim - it's all about understanding the fish behavior during each season and using the fish finder to find them ;)

jimbuoy The only place in NJ, where I caught crappies has been in the north & south branch rivers. You name it and I've caught it at round valley & spruce run, except for of course vrappies.
bassassin201 Nice Crappies , from what I have noticed they like wood , like lay downs , branches n js sticks on the bottom .. They relate alot to that from my experience , I know where to get em if I'm ever tryin to get one or get someone onto them . I can appreciate the knowledge of what n where , diff times , diff bites tho . Caught a couple whopper check em out yourself

rawr215 Hi Bass- Yes they love those covers, but sometime it's hard to find those. Most of the ones i have found on spruce were around brushes (i know a few secret spots :P), but maybe 1/3 of it are drop offs, points and near structure but away from the structure suspended. In the end of the day, it's about knowing the lake and to spend a bit more time boating around to mark fish on the finder.
