New to fishing

Im fairly new to fishing and far less experienced than many of you on this page. I was wondering what are some really good fishing spots in the northern nj area

What area u live in ? Bergen , Passaic , Hudson ,etc. ?

Anywhere in northern nj Bergen Passaic Morris area freshwater

Just check out Google Maps of bergen county are, morris , passaic and look for water zoom in to see if its a lake or pond n look up the lake before u go it might be private or permit only fishing . I would help more but then I will be doing all the leg work for you . i can answer any questions u have about specific body of water . Clean up after urself , practice catch n release , bring pliers incase u deep hook a fish . Goodluck
