CARP FISHING
Went our for the third time this year trying for carp and zippo... got skunked every time thus far.... I am trying new waters (Audubon Lake) and have not gone back to my hot spots from last year (Cooper River). I dont like the river cause its tidal and the currant is very fast... with all the rain., there is tons of debris and weeds fouling your line. Funny thing.... while I was waiting for a friend... I took out my bass rod equiped with a frog and made some casts near the lilly pads.... BANG-- nailed a bass just under 2 pounds..... Anyway...... hopefully I will get into some carp real soon....
